One of my philosophy is an attack against students and teachers memorizing the content of their textbooks.
It is very common for a first time teacher to go immediately to the library and then look for a writing to be "teach" with his students.
After the end of the semester, students get the passing grade and the teacher repeat the same process with his next teaching assignment.
The end result it this. Students failed to gain benefits from what they have learned. It was just a numerical grade that they could not even converted to cash. Later they forget what they have learned and so was the teacher.
My Philosophy:
"I believe that all knowledge written in every textbooks are useless unless we use them in terms of actions. This is my belief". = Great Teacher Alex Valdez
